What are your office hours?
Our office hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:am to 5:pm. We also have a 24-hour answering service to assist you after hours and on weekends.
Do you provide service on weekends and evenings?
We provide services during weekdays, but exceptions can be made on a job by job basis. Our inspection requires daylight, as the appraisers need to inspect the interior and the exterior of the property.
Do you provide residential and commercial Appraisals?
We have chosen to focus solely on the residential market.
What is your service area?
We cover the capital city and the surrounding area within 100 Km. An extra fee will be charged when appraising properties outside the city of Ottawa.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all Visa, Master card, cash and Interac e-transfer payments.
How much does an appraisal cost?
The cost of an appraisal varies depending on the type of service, the size of the property and the purpose of the valuation. Once the appraiser has all the information needed, we will be able to give an accurate cost.
Do you provide services in French?
We have French speaking appraisers who can assist you if you require the service in French, but all reports are provided in English.
